OUR PROCESS

01. Planning

We define the research goals, questions, and audience. Then, we design the research methodology to answer the research questions while meeting various requirements such as cost, timeline, compliance, etc.

02. Recruitment

We write a screener and recruit research participants who meet the screening criteria. Participants can be patients, physicians, nurses, insurance executives, etc. Then we schedule them in a manner that allows the client to sit in. We also take care of any participant compensation if needed.

03. Execution

Through in-depth interviews, observations, surveys, and more, we uncover your audience’s needs, mindsets, behaviors and contexts relevant to the research questions we formulated together during phase 1.

04. Analysis

We dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data, recognizing meaningful patterns and translating raw findings into clear, actionable insights.

05. Report

We deliver reports and presentations that tell a story that resonates with teams, and helps them understand “what to do next”. Reports include videos, quotes, data, and more, all supporting the key insights. Lastly, we provide recommendations tailored to your product or marketing strategy to help you move forward quickly.
